Wedding Coordination
Known often as “day of coordination”, we call it wedding coordination because our work doesn’t start day of. We want to be a part of your wedding planning journey and give guidance, vendor recommendations, and a timeline early on in the process to set you up best we can before we begin meeting 1-2 months before your wedding.
What’s Included:
Creation of wedding timeline draft shortly after we are hired so you can hire the rest of your vendors for the right amount of time.
Access to google drive planning documents and vendor recommendations
1 Hour kick off call once I have timeline draft ready
Venue walk-through (mileage fee may apply)
Month Of (or we can do every other week 2 months before wedding):
(4) 1 hour meetings to go over all you’ve planned so far to make sure we are aware of all the details.
Communication with your venue and all your vendors ensuring timeline, details and expectations are coordinated
Unlimited email correspondence
A member of my team will be on site to assist with rehearsal
Day Of:
Your lead coordinator and assistant coordinator will be on site providing up to 12 hours of assistance
Our team will set up your decor around your venue, greet and direct guests and vendors, organize the bridal party for the ceremony processional, assist you as the couple to ensure you have all you need throughout the day, keep the timeline on track, coordinate with vendors throughout the day, and assist in tear down of the decor
We will also bring our wedding day emergency kit (a suitcase) full of items such as; zip ties, scissors, tape, tide pens, tooth paste etc.

Partial Planning & Design
Designed for the couple who wants to be hands-on, but with a trusted partner by their side from the very beginning. With this package, you’ll have expert guidance from the start—helping you make confident decisions, stay organized, and bring your wedding vision to life with thoughtful design and seamless planning support.
What’s Included:
Creation of wedding timeline draft shortly after we are hired so you can hire the rest of your vendors for the right amount of time.
Access to google drive planning documents and vendor recommendations
Up to 2 Hour kick off call once I have timeline draft ready to go over timeline and also your design vision, color and style preferences.
(4) 1 hour long planning meetings leading up to your wedding month to be scheduled how you prefer
Venue walk-through (mileage fee may apply)
Specially curated concept boards to visualize your wedding design before making any final rental selections
Sourcing document with each area of the venue that is being decorated itemized with each item, where it is being rented or purchased from, color, price before tax/delivery, etc. This allows you to know roughly what things will cost before approving the design and making rental/purchase decisions.

Virtual Wedding Planning & Design
This is for all my busy professionals out there. I know you must be thinking, how am I going to have the time to pull an entire wedding together and where do I even begin?! That’s where we come in! This allows us to help you no matter where you’re at in the United States have guidance through this planning journey.
What’s Included:
Access to shared google drive which has lots of helpful planning tools and documents we will fill out over our time of planning
Timeline questionnaire sent to you once booked and within that next week I will begin your timeline draft, and we will schedule a kick off call to go through the timeline and everything in the google drive to get you planning your dream wedding in an organized way
Review vendor contracts to make sure there are no gaps in who is providing what
(6) 1 hour meetings with Ashlie to review planning checklist, go over questions, design, couples to do lists etc. spaced out as necessary over engagement period.
Design concept boards and sourcing guide of where to rent or buy decor to achieve the design
Email correspondence as needed for duration of package
Coordination with Vendors month of to ensure they have the timeline and all that they need day of
Rehearsal guide to send to person helping run rehearsal for you
PDF’s of everything needed for your point of contact person day of from decor set up notes to timelines for vendors

Virtual Wedding Design
Do you struggle figuring out how the heck to bring your wedding Pinterest board to life?That’s where we come in! We help you refine your design vision, provide concept boards so you can visualize everything and source where to get rentals and such near you.
What’s Included:
Access to shared google drive with design planning documents
After booking a questionnaire will be sent to you regarding your design, I’ll get a notification you’ve completed the questionnaire and then we will schedule a 1 hour kick off call to go through your vision together
(3) 1 hour meetings with Ashlie to discuss all things design and review documents I put together for you
Design concept boards and sourcing guide of where to rent or buy decor near your venue to achieve the design of your dreams
Email correspondence to discuss design as needed for duration of package
PDF’s of everything needed for your point of contact person day of to set up and use our files we worked on as check lists and visuals to put everything together

Steps to begin working together
Step 1
Head to our contact page and fill out and submit the form.
Step 2
I will reach out to book a consultation call with you. We will talk about all you’re looking for and which package fits your needs best.
Step 3
I will work on a proposal for you to sign and pay the deposit. Once that is completed, I will send a timeline questionnaire for you to fill out and will begin your timeline draft. I will also send your google drive folder that includes planning documents. Then we will schedule a kick off call to go through the google drive folder and timeline draft and talk next steps!

We ask for a 25% retainer to be paid to lock in your date. Then we space out the other 3 payments of 25% over the timeframe until your wedding.

We do not, these are things the venue or catering company typical handle. We highly recommend hiring a full service caterer to handle these things.

Yes, we 100% have done this before. We are polite but direct when we need to be. We typically will tell them “we have met with the couple many times and discussed exactly how they want things set up or coordinated. So it is our job to help the couple get exactly what they wanted on their wedding day..”
